Hi, I’m vegan, 42, and starting again with slimming world, at my highest ever weight. I’m also doing C25k again. I made a quick lazy salad today with merchant gourmet rice n quinoa 4 syns, and squeaky bean kick of tikka 5 syns. Maybe seems a bit high, but I only used about half of it so I don’t think too bad. I’m recording the syns in my SlimIt app, if that helps anybody.
