My wedding

I am getting married in Kefalonia on the 11th August. I have chosen my wedding dress, from Monsoon but won't actually buy it until I am down a few dress sizes!

I feel really motivated at the moment, I hope I continue like this!

I know the feeling as I'm in the same boat! I get married in 6.5 months and have found a dress I like but don't even want to try it on until I'm a better size else I may just put myself off wearing it (I don't wear dresses or skirts anyway!).

Getting married, thinking about standing up in front of everyone (shudder!), and having lots of photos taken (even more shudder!) has been the biggest motivation to lose weight that I've ever had!

Same idea as mine, I want a most beautiful day.
So I begin to lose weight now,
and I want to keep fit, too.
