My week 1, week 8 and week 12 pics

Left = 20st 13lbs.
Middle - week 8 at somewhere around 18 stone.
Right - today at under 17st.

Next time I will wear a tighter tshirt as my belly is actually smaller than it looks.

I told you that you wouldn't be able to stop with the photos once you started................look at you now.
Great. Yep,smaller clothes next time.
We all do that, hang on as long as possible, but once you get into smaller sizes it is addictive.
I was 30/32 now I'm in 10/12. I think that's nine sizes difference!
