hi all!
well a little about me , i started ww about 3 weeks ago and have lost 7lb in my first 2 weeks :) so im quite happy with that ,last week i stayed the same weight. i have had some down falls as my mum and dad have moved back to the uk after spending 11 years in tenerife now we are making up for lost time going out drinking ! and last monday a massive fry up :( time to nuckle down a lil me thinks ? im going to try and save my weekly points for sat drink up with family :) thats enough about me :)
start weight 14'2 last wi got to 13'9 , would love to get to around 10 st then go from there :) here is todays food :)

breakfast:
semi skimmed milk 2pp
weight watchers bagel 4pp
38 gram wafer this ham 1pp
cucumber 0pp

lunch:
ww tomatoe soup 2pp
1 slice kingsmill medium 3pp
low fat spread 1pp
banana 0pp

dinner:
ww beef and veg hot pot 6pp
veg to fill me a bit more 0pp

snack:
2 slices of kingsmill bread medium 6pp
38g waffer thin ham 1pp
only if still hungry :)

have to say have not had a good weekend again as normal ! :( i will update yesterdays food and todays and see what you guys think xx
 
diary for Saturday ( yesterday )

breakfast:
1 slice toast 3pp
low fat butter 1pp

lunch:
nothing due to going out to mums for drink and food

dinner:
3 peaces of garlic bread
4 onion rings
half a sausage roll
2 peace chicken drum stick
have no clue how to pint this ?

bottle of white wine ! :( still had my 49 weekly's so fingers crossed !
 
today's diary:

breakfast:

2 slice of toast 6pp
low fat butter 1pp

lunch

sunday roast
4 small roast potatoes
2 table spoons of mash
broccoli 0pp
peas 0pp
sweetcorn
2 slices of lamb
not sure about pointing my roast so just made it 15 points to cover myself

tea:
weight watchers chicken soup 2pp
1 slice of bread 3pp
1 peace of fruit opp

31/29 2 points from my weekly's used

brekie:
1 slice toast ( kingsmill ) 3pp
low fat butter 1pp
apple 0pp

lunch:
weight watchers tomato soup 2pp
1 slice of kingsmill bread 3pp
1 apple 0pp

dinner:

weight watchers beef and red wine casserole 7pp
extra veg on top 0pp
fruit 0pp

snack:
25g Ritz jakobs crackers 3pp
25g mature cheddar cheese 3pp

24points used out of 29 :)

well just got back and lost another 2 1/2 lb ! well happy , so all together since i started 5 weeks ago i have lost about 10lb :) and thank you tispy :)

it used to be mondays but i have changed it to friday. I weighed in on sunday this week 1lb lighter. hopeing for a loss friday
 
tues 7th of Feb diary , new week !

brekie:
1 slice of toast 3pp
low fat butter 1pp
142ml semi milk 2pp

lunch:
2 slice of kingsmill bread 6pp
2 rashes of bacon , fat cut of 2pp i think ?
low fat butter 1pp

dinner:
home made jerk chicken small bowl portion,
counted it as an 8pp
big hand full of salad 0pp

23 points used out of 29 ! 6 points remaining :)

well ill keep my fingers crossed for you hun :) it does make you feel good , i was looking at yours maybe some of your stuff it a lil to heavey for lunches , like your left over dinners ? i would save them for my actual main dinner and have something lighter in the day :)

thanks for the tip hun, I am gonna try and do that :) im trying to stick to soup and sandwiches for lunch. Think i might make the 0pp soup in a bit to have with my sandwhich :)
 
right been a busy day today ! went to college and done a calendar for charity ! i had to pick a month ( i choose Easter ) and had to create a hair style for it ! went very well my style come out awesome :)
here is my diary for today , although i never had a lot of time to eat !

weds 8th of feb:

brekie:
2 slice of toast 6pp
1 low fat butter 1pp

lunch:
weight watchers crisps 2pp
weight watchers choc bar 2pp

dinner:
2 sausages 6pp
half a plate of sweet and carrot mashed together 0pp , was quite yum !

snack:
apple 0pp

daily used 19/29 may have a lil snack latter if im peckish :) oh and also done about an 1 hour and 15 mins walking today :)
