Yay lost 4lb since wednesday :) not bad for first week of calorie counting and upping my fluids :) going to weigh in again next friday as thats when I will weigh regularly :) xx
 
Had two days this week where i went over my daily limit but blaming half term for that and hoping this next week will be better as will be distracted by routines :)

Noticed this week my stomach has shrunk already as i am full up quicker and my portion sizes have been smaller :)

Stuck to 1300 calories today :) to help claw back from the naughty days lol x a little hungry as I lay here in bed but hopefully fall asleep soon so will forget I'm hungry lol x how has everyone else been doing? X
