Monday 8th March

I started loosing mid Janary and started on 13stone 9,6 pounds (not quite sure what the 6 stands for but still counting it as it changes every week. If anyone can shed light on this, that would be helpful). Today I weighed in at 12st 11,6pounds so have so far lost 12 pounds and really pleased. I am hoping to do the remaining 2 pounds this week to make it my first stone! Goal weight around 9st 6pounds or so. Will decide once I am getting nearer what I like

Yes, I think you might be right there but not sure as I am not used to measuring in pounds and stones etc being Danish.

Yes! I've lost another pound this week, so that makes it 17 pounds in all. Wanted two off but 1 is definitely better than none.
Weight now 12,6 exactly = 79kg

:mad::mad::mad: 12,8 Not a happy bunny. Don't seem to be able to curb my eating at moment and can't get back on track.:break_diet:

Weigh in today 12st 5pounds exactly which is 78.5

Would have liked more off as been good this week but at least it's half pound off, not on:eek:

Yeh I know, what is it you struggle with most?
I struggle with muching, so I've always got a bag of raisins near by to pick at rather that chrisps or biscuits, duno if that idea's any help.
Keep your chin up :)
