well i havent updated my signature but im planning on 7lb losses as my mini goals, if that makes sense til i get to my ultimate goal of 147lbs...did it before i can do it again...i keep telling myself that and i will happen lol

so start tomorrow and also with the exercise ...hows yours going? btw congrats on your first weeks weight loss, thats great ! it makes you feel your getting somewhere doesnt it :)
 
heres some other reasons i want to lose weight:

1. not have to worry about what clothes might fit me that day rather than just picking something i actually want to wear
2. bloated and painful stomach through eating things i know i shouldnt cause they upset me
3. shopping is a pleasure not a painful experience, in so many ways lol
4. dont have to make up excuses as to why i cant go out kknowing its all rubbish and an excuse cause i really feel fat and nothing else
5. having sex with the light on?! lol
6. feeling happy

thats all i can think of for now...
