my WI this week

    Don't know why but I feel dissapointed cos i've only lost 2 lbs. I know it's totm but this wasn't a problem last month. Am I the only person to feel like this when losing a small ammount or am I just being miserable. X :(:break_diet:
    Hope everyone else has done brill tho. X
    Week 6 = 2lb = 11st 8

    Chin up!!! its the same for a lot of us when its totm...well done on the 2lb loss!!! some other diets may of give you a gain,i bet your have a bigger loss next WI....it does make you feel a little deflated though at the time. Caz xx

    2lb is a bag of sugar, gone forever, it is disheartening when you haven't lost what you expected but a loss is better than a gain. Keep strong

    I know how you feel, 2 wks ago i lost 2lbs and wasn't even totm for me!! Got 4lbs last week though so keep going, things will pick up!!!!
