Namaste's trek.......talk about the scenic route!

I'm trying not to rely on hope.... as soon as I see it I'm gonna grab it by the flippin throat and throttle the damn thing into submission......... grrrrr xx

Weighed myself today (although I am technically on a monthly weigh regime) cos I couldn't bear imagining how big the damage was.... it was just getting bigger and bigger in my head.... I was practically back to 13st:eek::eek::eek: So, the result is that I've put on 1lb and am 12.2 so definitely redeemable:D From this morning I am going to get back on track.... at least WS seems possible today... Wish me luck xx

So far so good.......... but there's still the evening to go...... think I'll be spending a lot of it in the arcade :)
 
Hmm, wasn't really 100% WS so maybe I've done SS by default :) Tomorrow is another day xx

Don't worry bread and chips avoided!! Tis just food really, I love it all........ although I have noticed that when I 'overeat' whilst trying to do Exante I do avoid carbs mainly (except for the biccies of course) so I guess that's why I don't put on loads of weight. That plus I think I'm binging massively when in reality I'm not ~ it's just that my stomach has shrunk so much that real food makes it feel very uncomfortable........

So this morning I'm back to 12.1 which is a result....... tis all the walking I do I'm sure :)

Shake drunk this morning and off to have a bath and pack cos I'm off to Bristol for a couple of days ~ woooohoooo :D:D:D
 
And I've decided to be honest with myself..... I originally put 10st as my goal cos I thought it was achievable... not because that's what I want to be. I'm selling myself short... I want to be 9st max, 8.10 ideally... there, I've said it, I'm changing my details and that's what I'm going for. I deserve to be what I want!!

Hmmm, 12.1 is a lot when you're only 5' 1" :( But.... 2 years ago I was 4st heavier and this time next year (or before) I'll be 3st lighter.........

In Bristol at the mo so just a quick catch up..... Sticking to WS and going for a walk in a minute so tis all good... it does help that my man can make veg and tofu taste glorious....... or maybe it just seems that way cos of the 9 weeks on Exante:D

So back home and now feeling very very full :( Had a shake before I left this morning at half nine, then a bar on the coach followed by a half bar on the train (this was over a 5 hour period btw) got back from the station (half hour walk ~ also had an hours walk this morning to get to the coach) so, after all that walking I guess I was very hungry and still not feeling full! I've now had one atkins bar, 2 quorn sausages and some mushrooms..... to me it seems like I've had a massive binge but in reality I've had about 1000 calories, which isn't enough to put on weight. I think this is why when I eat, I feel like I've ruined everything but in reality my calorie consumption isn't high enough to put on weight. I haven't been in ketosis since the first couple of weeks cos I move between the different plans a lot so I don't ruin anything there.........

Hmmm, that explains a lot for me....... lets just hope that now I've worked out what I'm doing I don't take further liberty's and start eating loads of the wrong stuff;) Actually, I really don't think that's gonna happen, I'm happy doing what I'm doing, it suits me and I'm getting all the nutrients I need so no problem :D

Morning all....... have been amusing myself this morning by catching up on diaries and reading a few new ones....... so many people taking control of their lives and making it what they want it to be:D:D:D

So, had a shake but tbh still feeling very full from yesterday. I'm aiming for a TS day today but have veg in the fridge (green veg of course) and will go and buy some quorn in case I need some protein.

Off to read more diaries and soak up some inspiration :D
