hi all i was just sat here thinking how much i love this diet and thought id do something for fun

so all you have to do is just name 3 things you love about this diet i know theres plenty more than 3 things we could all name but its just to see what our top fav 3 are

1: i get to eat all the things i cant eat on other diets
2: how quickly the weight starts to fall off :D
3: i never feel hungry only when its meal time

1. I love the fact we don't have to count anything other than carbs - so simple!
2. I'm a huge fan of meat, eggs and cheese, and not long ago I came off a VLCD so I'm aware of the whole ketosis thing, and it's perfect that I can still lose weight while actually EATING!
3. The weight comes off FAST, and it doesn't even feel like a diet, scrambled egg with pork loin + chilli sauce, mmm
1. Rarely hungry
2. Lose weight at a good rate
3. A better relationship with food - I don't overeat on this diet, and yet I get to eat butter, cheese, cream, steaks, hamburger pie, etc etc :), and whatever isn't atkins legal, there is usually a really good substitute for it!

3 - can actually go out to eat and not feel like a d*ck asking for salad
ooo good thread!

1 - my body shape changing within weeks, in front of my very eyes
2- eating because i am hungry
3 - my skins looks better and less spots (now the massive ones have gone lol)

For me its:
1. No starch, so no bloating and god awful cramping.
2. Once you get over the first few days the carb craving is just magically gone.
3. Sugar free red bull, diet coke, diet 7up.

1. Eating Cheese, eggs and meat. Fab!
2. Not feeling hungry anymore and not over eating
3. Never had this much energy on any other diets.
1. Eating all the foods I love!
2. Losing weight albeit slowly and gaining confidence in myself

1. Eating yummy foods and not being "on a diet"
2. Loosing weight/inches quickly, feeling great and full of energy.
