Do you know the cals? If so, you can work it out using 1syn for every 20 cals. Altho depending on the ingredients it may not even be synful! If it is just a spice/herb mix-be worth double checking

Got the ingredients from Tesco online however there is no nutritional value

[h=1]Nandos Peri-Peri Chip Sprinkle 90G
Salt (66%),Spices (African Bird's Eye Chilli [Peri-Peri Chilli] [0.1%], Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, White Pepper) (26%) ,Sugar ,Garlic ,Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Acetate) ,Tomato Powder[/h]
I guess this would be free as it is all spices (except the sugar) but I would never count that as it would be a teeny tiny amount if sprinkling on chips!

Wow thank you so much.. I'm actually excited to get this for dinner :)

Have you tried this yet? I love nandos chips so may be tempted to get a jar!

I looked at this for ages yesterday then put it back as I know I'd end up eating chips every day for a fortnight..........

I bought it, it's really nice on chips but I use a little bit on quorn fillets too and it's lovely

Glad this has no syns! I used it on SW Chips instead of going the chip shop for salt and pepper chips! Lovely stuff x

We just make our own at home - paprika, garlic, salt and cumin mixed together and put it in its own pot ready for homemade nandos :)
