Nandos help

I am out for tea with a mate tomorrow before the cinema. I have convinced her away from our normal Pizza Hut to somewhere healthier. So what do you suggest I have, I was looking at the chicken breast in pitta with spicy rice & a corn on the cob (no butter). I think that should be around 750 calories & 14g of fat. I reckon that is about as healthy as I can get unless anyone else has any ideas....

Oh I love Nando's, I go there quite a lot actually! The Nando's website has all the nutrition info: The Menu | Nando's

Just click on the faint green link "nutrition" at the bottom of each menu item.

A quarter chicken (breast) is 135 cal, and then you could have Macho Peas (158) and corn on the cob (99), making a total of ehm...392 calories! Which is not very much for dinner really!

So you could even have some cheeky frozen yoghurt for afters: 87 cal per 100 ml (I think one of those tubs fits about 200 ml if you fill it up well).
