Can anyone help a newbie? Looking to go to Nando's, any recommendations and what are the syns values? X

If you get the butterfly chicken and ask them to remove the skin (most of them will) it will be no syns but with the skin I think it's 6.5 syns, side orders of corn on the cob is 0 syns and spicey rice is 2.5 syns and its delicious. The sauces are mostly all 0.5 syns a table spoon. Hope this helps

i get the chicken breast in a pitta and ask for no mayo. i then give the pitta to my son so im left with chicken and salad (syn free). then i have corn on the cob (syn free) and spicey rice (2.5 syns) which is really yummy! x
