I'm new to SW and can't imagine life without Nando's.

Does anyone know how many syns a Nando's caeser salad without chicken is.

Also if I have a 1/4 chicken breast without the skin is it free on a red day?

Not sure about the nandos sorry..but the chicken is defo free on red day without the skin! I ate nearly a whole chicken on Saturday lol!

Hi, welcome along!

Caesar salad is always one to steer clear of, the dressing is loaded with syns!!

Chicken without skin is free on red/extra easy though.

You would be better off having a grilled chicken salad without dressing.
