6 syns for the butterfly chicken, corn cob and spicy rice. If you're after dessert you can have a couple of refills of the fat free frozen yogurt for a couple of syns x
Just realised this is a bit late of a reply lol but if you look on this sub-forum there's loads of threads for future reference, on nandos x
2.5 for spicy rice, 3 syns per halloumi portion, side salad for super free, corn on the cob. Avoid the ratatouille too as lots of oil! Use the sauce bottles to add flavour to your salad and sides 0.5 syns per tbsp of hot sauce (and it goes a long way)
Have a look at the post above yours - that's probably the best option for veggies. We're pretty scuppered for everything else sadly as the burgers are very high in syns.
