Natalies Journey...... for the last time!

Well i thought id start an online diary as it seems to give me something to focus on and hopefully if i go wrong or can get some pointers along the way then ill be extremely grateful! my weigh day is monday 6pm and this week i was lucky enough to lose 5.5lb:eek::D im aiming now for my next target to get my half stone award and slimmer of the week, or is this putting all my eggs in one basket! ive been 100% now for 8 whole days, yay me however with my birthday looming and 2 meals out planned im hoping to do damge control now so i dont waiver to much then:rolleyes:! so heres my diary for the week so far i work tuesday to monday!

TUESDAY: GREEN
Breakfast: Special K 28g (b) 250ml ss milk (a)
muller light red cherry, apple
Dinner: cheese 28g (a) and cucumber wholemeal bread 57g sandwich, 1 tbsp margarine (3 SYNS) 2 plums
Tea: Fritatta, made with eggs, potato, onion, mushrooms,peppers, cheese 28g (6 SYNS)
Snacks: kiwi and cherry tomatoes

Excersise: 30 mins at they gym, 40 mins on wii just dance:D
