I find that the best thing for me when i'm craving food is to distance myself literally, i go into a room where no food is, drink lots of water, imagine how happy i will be once i lose weight and keep busy :)

Good idea!!! I'm jealous! Our boiler broke so i have no hot water/heating. The house if freezing! and so i have an electric heater warming my bedroom. However, the rest of the house is freezing!!!!!
