Have spoken to pharmacist he has told me to come off lt for a couple of days and eat normal light food and then go back on it. Has anyone else been through this?

If you are going to eat try and stick to protein, something like scrambled eggs, so that you don't come out of ketosis and feel hungry again......eggs probably won't make any difference to your weight loss either and may well settle your stomach. I've had an upset, and runny, tummy before but not vomiting......

Think there is a bug going around, I was feeling nauseous on Thursday, then both Friday and today work colleagues have been ill... and they're not dieting.

Thanks guys. I had the worst possible thing a jacket potato it was plain tho. Am hoping to restart in the morning. Guess its going to feel like starting from scratch. Still feel crap tho.
