Hi ladies, I'm on day 2 of my restart. Finding it ok s far but trying to keep bust and not think about meal times I would love to buddy up and give/ receive support when the going gets tough. I'm dreading the weekend as I have organised a fun day and there is food cakes etc everywhere hoping I will be so busy I won't have time for any of it
