Got really really fed up with ww today so had slim fast for breakfast and lunch and then pigged out all night on fish and chips and chocolate and krave cereal!!!!!
So angry with myself! Going to start a new day tomorrow no silly flipping slim fast and just be patient!
we all have days like this (me in particular). Im on nights this week, todays meals were: a yogurt drink, a cheese sandwich, a bag of mini cookies and spaghetti & meatballs with a jacket potato....Gnawing my hands by 9pm as I have no points left and weigh in day is tomorrow Then I remembered i had some pickled onions and beetroot in the cupboard, lol! (Still starving though, got another 8hrs to go yet).
As Kagome says, new day, new start, you will get there eventually
Hey, in all seriousness though, it was one bad day. Dont let it ruin all your hard work., As others have said, draw a line under it and start again. We cant be angels all the time xx
