Need advice!!

Hi all, im joining ww again tomorrow, i think the sun has spurred me on to do something about my awful weight, any tips wud be hugely helpful and have any of you found a certain food which has keep you on the straight and narrow
 
Are you doing it at home or joined a meeting?

I have lost 15lbs in about 9 weeks. And I put it down to variety of food, exercise and being honest.
I track EVERYTHING - and if i'm not sure what something is I find something that would sound about right. I overestimate sauces etc if I cannot weigh them. I occasionally dip into some of my weeklies.

Good luck Mandy, Im joining this week too, on Thursday although Ive started already and have lost 4lbs. Its a great diet and so worth it.
