Need diet plan

I don't know where to start when it comes to dieting. I need to lose about a stone but I need help on putting together a diet plan. If anyone can advise me on what kind of things to eat for breakfast, lunc h and dinner please let me know. I know it should be common sense but I feel so confused. I just need a kick start.

Hiya, Welcome to Minis. Well theer are lots of diet and healthy eating plans about. What food do you like and dislike? Maybe that could help see what plan you suit you etc.

i have shredded wheat/oat so simple for breaky, then salade with either quiche or some chicken. for dinner depends on what the family are eating, sometimes a curry and chapati, turkey and veggies, chicken and rice. also may have a nutrigrain bar/ spesh K bar/ yorgurt for snacks. nee to up my fruit really.

i looked at what i was eating pre diet, picked out the healthy bits, and found replacements for the not so healthy.
