Need Food!!!!

    Can anyone tell me tell me if there is anything that i can eat,(im not talking about piggin out) that wont kick me out of ketosis.
    I just feel the need for something nice that wont ruin all the hard work i have done over the last 3 weeks.

    Pick anything off the SS+ food plan.

    Chicken or tuna is fine. A little mushroom or lettuce or cucumber is also ok.

    Look in your book it tells you everything you can eat. If i need somthing i hve some quorn with spices and mushrooms.
