Need help :(

Hey Guys!

Well I'm feeling really down today :(
I went on the scales this morning and I have gone from 201.4 to 203.8!!!!
I think it's mainly due to food I eat at work :(
I work night shifts 8pm til 8am and at work they tend to order take aways alot, stuff like Pizza etc.
And I must admit I have been eatting them too.....

Only thing near my work is a Tesco Extra, So what kinda food can I buy to eat at work?

I don't tend to get alot of time and sometimes all I have is a kettle and a Mircowave.

I really do wanna lose weight, But I need some ideas on what I can have at work.

Also a way of resisting the urge to eat the foods the get in.

Any ideas would be great!

What sort of diet are you trying to follow? and what sort of food do you want to eat, as its shifts is this your main meal of the day?

Hiya

Well I work 36 hours a week, 3 nights a week(Thur to Thur) and there 12 hour shifts.

we get out dinner break around 12-1am
Not really got a set diet at the moment I'm trying to find one that I can do,
I have bought some of them slimming milkshakes though.
Also have Wii Fit+, Stepper Machine and a Heart Monitor.
When weather picks up abit I have a Pedometer to start doing some walking.

Any suggestions for me?

can you prepare food to take into work? chillis, currys salads home made pizza you can warm in the micro?

think the best thing to do i have a look around at the diets at this board and ask away and find a diet that is going to suit you.
hope you find something soon x

If its some hot food you really want, and if others are eating pizza thats drives you nuts then the slimming shakes may just leave you feeling deprived. Tesco have a lot of ready meals to choose from that will reheat well in a microwave.

I personally think pizza is the work of the devil, but I know how hard it is to have to resist something you really want, when everyone else is eating it. I think I would suggest you have a look in tesco and see what the calorie values are of the foods you really like. Aim to have around 500 to 600 cals if this is your main meal of the day. Weightwatchers do a spicy chicken pizza for 230 cals, you could put that in the microwave. Then you could have a ready made fruit salad from Tesco to eat after and a yoghurt.
