I started SW just before Christmas to limit the damage that I would do over the festive season and managed to lose 4 1/2 lb. However for the last 3 weeks I've stuck to the plan but have only lost 1/2 lb. this has really got me down and today I've done nothing but eat. I'm totally off track at the minute and need some help and inspiration to get me back on track before I totally undo all the good I've done and give in totally.
