    Dear all,

Oats so Simple golden syrup 6.5 syns.
Made up as directed 52 g pot 10.5 syns

Does 52g pot mean that's what it is by the time you've added milk and cooked it ? And if you don't count the milk as an A choice it is that what makes it 10.5 syns ?

    Many thanks

    I've had a look at that too.

Concluded that the golden syrup 6.5 is for a sachet made up with milk etc.

The 52g bit is the new just add boiling water ones as they weigh more to start with.

TBH if I wanted golden syrup O.S.S I'd do the plain one as a HE and syn the syrup which I would add once made.

    Hope this helps.:D
