Need some advice/information

Hi guys. I need a bit of advice and information about slim and save.
Firstly, how do you find out how many calories, sugar etc are in each meal? For example a shake.
Secondly, if you have 3 meals a day do you have to have a meal too?
Thirdly, do you need to exercise as well?
If anyone could help me thanks x

The SnS website is really informative. There's a mini brochure you can download and read which has everything you need to know.
It's basically 3 packs plus a meal - and the choices of what you can have is pretty vast - 100g protein and 200g veg. Plus a multivitamin, plus 150ml of semi or skimmed milk, and water water water.

Or

4 packs and water water water! No multivitamin. And it's up to you if you would like to use the milk allowance and 200g veg allowance.

Exercise while on a vlcd is a tricky one. Certainly nothing vigorous to start with (or really at all) as you are consuming so few calories.
Walking, swimming, yoga and toning exercises are great. Anything that's gentle basically.
When you're fully in the zone you might feel up to a bit more.
After a few weeks on Cambridge I regularly went to Zumba.
Listen to your body is the main thing.

So sorry only just seen this! I ordered on a Saturday and got it Tuesday. Not sure what the cut off time is on a Friday for a Monday delivery. Xx
