need some advice

#1

Hi folks, i've been lurking about this site for just over a week now, some great stories btw, anyway a bit about me, 33, married, 3 boys 5 4 and 1, im 5'7always been on the larger side 12/13 stone, but after having the boys my weight crept up to 16 st, decided to take drastic action, been on cd 1 week now and i've lost 9llb which im pleased with, been drinking plenty of water, and can honestly say i've not cheated, most days at some point, usually first thing and bedtime im hungry, i thought rumbly tummy wouldn't happen is it normal? I'm on 3 shakes a day and determined to do this, my cdc is not up to much sorry to say, she has never weighed or measured me, when she delivered my 2nd week supply, she asked if i'd been weighed and noted on her chart what i told her, and was gone. The next nearest cdc is 40 miles away, so i guess i'll have to stick with her.
I did ask her about the ketosis sticks, said she had some at home, i know i should be in ketosis as i've stuck to it 100% so my main question is why am i hungry???:sigh:

Sorry for the long post

Chelle

It's a shame about your CDC that doesn't sound right at all to me.

How much water are you drinking? When I did LL last year the only time I had rumbly tummy was if I hadn't had enough water or all my shakes/soups

My tummy rumbles all the time although I usually don't feel hungry with it. Sometimes I do if I haven't had enough water. I'm on 790 though. Don't know if it makes a difference. Sorry I can't help more.
