Hi :)

I'm a 21 year old woman in severe need of losing weight. I'm 5 ft and currently weigh 238 lbs.
I used to sit at home doing nothing all day except eating and now I have a new job and I can see myself losing weight
and its really motivated me to lose some more.

I have moved to a new country to work and am here until December, I'd love to go home with a big weight loss and for people to be surprised :).
I have been eating a lot healthier but when it comes to night time I snack on chocolate and crisps. I've also started exercising obviously.

Does anyone have any advice on how to lose weight (kind of) fast (over 6 months) but healthily and any advice on how to stop myself snacking on
junk food at night.

Thanks a lot :D xo

Hi!

You're not alone with snacking at night, tonight was the first night I didn't have any junk (usually chocolate!) in and couldn't get to the shop! I started to freak out but managed to make it and I'm now in bed and feel really good!

I used to brush my teeth if I wanted to start to snack on an evening (assuming you don't drink/eat anything else before bed).

That helped me for a while, but I'd like tips to stop night time snacking too!

Hi ladies!

Jut saw your post and I am a big night time snacker (crisps before dinner and chocolate after, sometimes with wine eeekkkk!!!)

Its not good for you but I sometimes eat dinner a bit later, so I'm not so tempted, however when totm comes, I just cave!!

Going to give the teeth brushing thing a try next time x

I'm the same with choc and biscuits! I've started making a really yummy cream to dip my fruit in that feels so naughty and is filling.

Tub of quark and mix 2 sachets of white choc options in, stir and leave to rest for at lease 10 mins. I

I divide it up into quite a few portions (about 5) and it works out about 1/2 a syn, 40 cals and fat free. Bung in a load is strawberries its amazing!

I also snack on cold meats... Like wafer thin ham with a bit of laughing cow xlight rolled up on a plate.

Not sure if they are any help!

Good luck girls :)

Thanks so much for the replies.
Def going to give brushing my teeth a try!!

also that dip sounds great so I'll give that a try too :)
