I'm a 21 year old woman in severe need of losing weight. I'm 5 ft and currently weigh 238 lbs.
I used to sit at home doing nothing all day except eating and now I have a new job and I can see myself losing weight
and its really motivated me to lose some more.
I have moved to a new country to work and am here until December, I'd love to go home with a big weight loss and for people to be surprised

I have been eating a lot healthier but when it comes to night time I snack on chocolate and crisps. I've also started exercising obviously.
Does anyone have any advice on how to lose weight (kind of) fast (over 6 months) but healthily and any advice on how to stop myself snacking on
junk food at night.
