Hey girls,
Had a real bad week and ate 'normal food' for the last 4 days and have put back on the 2kg I'd lost since New Year :,( I am really struggling now, feel really bloated but want to get back to it! Is there any meal plans anywhere? I find it easier being told what to eat......

There might be something like that on the Atkins website, check it out.

Or use the recipe thread n write yourself a week meal plan out. Make ur shopping list from the recipes.

Once ur back into ketosis that weight should shift quickly as most will be water.
 
Just spent the last hour looking for the recipes :-( can someone point me in the right direction please :)
Been 100% good today but still hungry!

Have a look at diaries too, may give you some ideas ..... You can do it xx
