Hey everyone,
I usually do EE, but as I am in serious need of a supermarket shop and had to forage in the cupboards for today's food I did a green day. It feels like I've been a bit naughty as I've had no SF foods, and have eaten loads. Calorie wise surely this is too much? I know we're not meant to worry about cals, but you can't beat the math. Problem is, I quite enjoyed what I had today, and technically I didn't cheat at all and have been 100%. If I ate like this everyday would I lose weight???
Anyway, here's what I had -
Breakfast - 35g All Bran (HexB) with ML yoghurt and banana
Lunch - same as breakfast (HexB 2)
Dinner - 3 potato waffles (2.5 syns each, 7.5 syns for 3), Batchelors Macaroni Cheese P&S made up with HexA milk (1.5 syns - dinner total = 9 syns)
Snack - Soreen mini banana loaf with a cup of tea (5 syns), Mug Shot - free
Total syns for the day = 14
All feels a bit naughty compared to EE and 1/3 SF!!
Thanks for your help
