So, I'm roughly 18st and 5'5 and wearing size 20/22 I'm hoping to get to 10 stone just worried about what my body will look like when I've lost the weight will it stretch back? :/
 
It really depends on your body.


When you feel ready start excercising to tone up. That will help it stretch back!

week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs week 5- 5 1/2 lbs week 6- 4 lbs week 7- 1 lb week 8- 10 lbs week 9- 4.5 lbs week 10- 3.5 lbs week 11- 2 lbs
 
Definitely depends on I individual bodies, however once you have lost all the weight you could get a fitness dvd and do that to get in shape, yoga is fantastic for toning and shaping the body. I will be doing it once I have lost it all.

Also spining is great for bum and leg toning however do not do it whilst on cd as you will pass out. :eek:
