I really need focus and motivation havin lost 28lb on the discover plan I'm strugglin with this PP version 1lb off back on the following week again this week have gained 2lb :-( not happy any one else strugglin with PP x

I think you've posted on the wrong forum. We don't do PP as this is Slimming World. You need the Weight Watchers forum.
