Need to decide and do it

Hi. As the title says i really need to stop faffing around and decide which diet to do and start tomorrow. I've done SW on and off (more off)for about 5 years and now weigh more than when i started. I've got more books than the group leader!! I totally believe in the diet,but then i think most work if you stick to them,it's me that's just useless. I'm beginning to wonder now if i really want to lose weight or if i just use it as an excuse not to go out or socialise.
I think it's time for a change but which to do?? I like cooking basic meals from scratch and am not a great fan of pasta or rice. Just need a bit of advice and a big dollop of motivation!!:confused:
