need to get back on the sw wagon

Hi everyone,

i had lost 5 stone using SW and i know it works but in the last few months i have put a stone back on. So i found this site and am hoping with a bit of help i get back into it 100%.

I get married in 7 month so need to lose some extra weight.

Welcome and well done on everything you lost before. 1 stone should easily be achievable in 7 months and your wedding will give you the biggest motivation ever!!

I am hoping to lose 2 stone, 3 pound down so far and on week 3 of the diet although I have fell off the wagon a bit too much this week
