Hey ya all,

I've been so bad these last two month, i've not really been doing it and i've put sodding 3lbs on and i'm gutted!!

I just seem to loose track so i'm gonna start again as from now just coz i've been so bad and i'm not even at my target yet n i'm getting really annoyed i've just lost touch!!

So anyway i wanted name and shame myself!

3lbs in two months is not bad hun. you can get that back off within two weeks. and i bet you everything you ate in the two months was worth it hehe.

I've put on 11lbs on a 2 week all inclusive holiday before so 3lbs is no biggie. There is also one lady at my group who puts that on when she is on star week so you'll probably find that the majority of that might be fluid!!!!
