Need to get my mojo back

Back again and really need help please. First problem is i've failed miserably at every diet known to mankind and now i'm tying myself in knots trying to decide which to do. Need to get started tomorrow.
Second problem is i've been off work nearly 4 months following an op. Seems now it's failed and needs redoing. I seem to be turning into a bit of a recluse just pottering about all day in my PJ's cos it's easier and more comfy. I'm not depressed as such just need to get some motivaton back. Getting on my own nerves now.
So which to do?? Got SW,WW, South Beach and Atkins books and a couple of weeks worth of Cambridge(told you i'd tried them all). Anyone starting on any plan tomorrow with enough motivation to drag me along with them? Think deciding which to do is the hardest part and know only i can decide but god i do make things harder than they need to be. :confused:
