Hi , I have hit a wall and just can't seem to motivate myself to start cc again. Any tips as to how to get back on track?
 
Aw dont give up! Use some time to create low calorie ideas, i find spending a while writing ideas and writing the calories down keeps me excited to try new things like how many crackers and cheese for 100 cals i can have , write a big list keeps my food different and keeps me looking forward to eating i do calorie counting / slim fast so love coming up with 100 cal snack ideas!

Plan a night out in 6 weeks time to work towards your weight loss.

Change your meals up a bit, try bbc good food you can pick recipes in the 400-600 cals bracket try something new, i love chicken and chorizo jambalaya 450cals

Buy a top one size too small?!
