Need to get to grips with the weight now

    Have restarted weight watchers (again)! Need this to be the last time. Will post my food diary later when I have decided what to have for my dinner tonight.

    First day ended in disaster. Got home from and son had decided to surprise me and cooked chicken satay with satay sauce. He also did a stir fry and chips to mop up the sauce. Couldn't tell him I was on a diet after he had gone to all that trouble. But bloody shell it was gorgeous lol. Good job he only does it occasionally!

    So day one again today

    Breakfast - 7pps (not sure if I'm too impressed with the ww bagel though) - toasted bagel with 2 bacon medallions and dry fried egg
