Need to have a takeaway tonight

    0st1.3lb(0.86%)
    Diet:
    Weightwatchers
    Hoping someone can help me, I need to have a takeaway tonight as will be out watching my daughter in a show from 6-9 and have visitors who will need feeding afterwards, but don't want to use too many points!!

    What are the best options? It can be kebab, Chinese, Indian or fish and chips really.

    Probably can afford to use around 20 points and only eat half the takeaway portions

    Any advice/suggestions are welcome!

    Hi, from what I've read in the eating out book and on another thread on here, Indian curries etc are really high in points, with a korma coming in at 50 points I believe. If some one knows the actual points, please share. I just remember reading the points and thinking I had better stay away from my beloved Indian.

    What did you decide to have in the end?

    Hi i think chow meins are the lowest and chicken kebabs x
