Extra Easy Need to stay on track

Really struggling since re-start on 2/1/2010. I am at my heaviest ever! I want to stay motivated and stick with the plan. My desire is to lose weight and regain my fitness level. I know I am able do it because I have lost 20lbs before. I need to do it because of the effect of the weight gain on my health. My other reason is to feel good about myself when I fit in my size 12/14 clothes. I will show my commitment by coming on this helpful and motivating forum daily!:)
