Nemo's Food Diary

Hopefully doing a food diary will keep me on track. I have just started doing slimming world from home but plan to go to classes perhaps next week or the week after due to commitments.
I would appreciate any advice or amendments to my eating plans :)

Monday - day 1 (don't they say never start a diet on a Monday?!)
Breakfast: Alpen light bar
Lunch: chicken mugshot, strawberries
Dinner: sea bass cooked in soy sauce, chilli and finger with slimming world chips and salad with no dressing.
Fruit salad: apple, nectarine, strawberries and passion fruit
Supper: slice of toast with Bertolli light spread and marmite (1 syn for spread)
Options hot choc (2syns)
Snack: weight watchers cheese puffs (3.7 syns)
Total syns: 8.7

Tuesday
Breakfast: bacon, egg, 1 piece of toast with spread and marmite (1 syn) and tiny amount of ketchup (1/2 syn)
Banana
Lunch: weight watcher crackers (3.7) with be good to yourself cream cheese (syns???) and smoked salmon
Raw carrot
Blueberries
Starbucks caramel frapuccino light (6syns so counted as HEXA)
Dinner: steak with boiled potatoes and steamed vegetables and horseradish (1 syn)
Blackberries
Snacks: maltesers fun size (5syns) and french fries (4.5 syns)
Total syns: 15.7
