Nettie's Daily Dosage!

Day 5: (just realised I weigh in on Tuesdays, I thought I started on Monday.. bank holidays make me lose track of days and time?!)
I didnt have time to come on yesterday so this is yesterdays daily dosage.
Breakfast: scrambled egg, 2 clices of wholemeal toast (hex B)
Lunch: nothing, was out and about.
Tea: pork chops marinated in fat free natural yoghurt and tikka spices, rice, carrots, brocoli and cauliflour.

Snacks: walkers crisps 7syns

Wow I hardly ate anything yesterday but when I was having my tea I felt really full up and couldnt eat it all (hate the feeling of being full!)
Going to try very hard today to eat lots of fruit and we are having a sunday dinner so will have lots of SF veggies :)
