But I'm actually really full up!! Have had my three shakes and my 200 cal meal (a mushroom and pepper omelette) and one cup of hot vege drink (swiss marigold) and I feel almost bloated!!!

So for all those newbies out there (i'm still one!) who are struggling - I can honestly say YOU WILL GET PAST IT! It took me 6 days before I went into ketosis, and I've had plenty of tears along the way! But now, I feel much happier - I dont feel like my stomach is eating itself anymore lol!!
