Both of the diets work, it's just about finding what works best for you. You might find the change of plan gets you re-focused and the different food gets things moving again, but on the other hand, you could shake things up on WW by eating different things too.

Personally I love SW, but it does take planning, but I think it's worth it.

Good luck whatever you end up doing - the last stone or two are always notoriously hard to shift.

i have switched and SW works better for me, less processed food and i know what i can and cant eat.
