Feeling really negative this week, found out that friends had been invited and all went for a drink and meal and "forgot" to invite me!! Didn't turn to the biscuit tin like normal, but did make fairy cakes with butter icing,

Lost a pound by the skin of my teeth. Absolutely delighted (the full story is in my new "the ups and downs of the scales" diary in the weight loss diaries section - feel free to have a nose!!)

I did shift weigh in day to get the loss, qhich may be cheating.... If people think it's fair could someone update my entry with a fourth "Y" please- can't get the technology to do it this morning.

Carly - I will be wanting my red star next week. I am sooooo going to shift at least another pound!!!!!
