New and have loads of questions

Hi folks, I am new to SW and joined last week. First weigh in tonight and have lost 1 and a half pounds and thought this might have been a bit more.
Just a few questions, is it important to eat your healthy A and B choices as I've missed a few days of them this week?
Also, I don't like a lot of veg, mainly peas, onions, lettuce and peppers and struggling to get my 1/3 plate filled with super free? Is it important to get this amount and will it affect weight loss if I don't have any with my meal?

All suggestions very welcome :)
