new and just starting sw

#1
Hi, I'm new here and have just started slimming world for the second time. Last time i lost a stone but stopped over christmas and ended up putting more on than I'd lost  This time I am determined to stick to it but I can't get to classes, cos of the hours I work, so I'm looking for some support. I joined body optimising (sw online) yesterday so this is only my second day and I have 2 stone i want to lose. Any advice or motivation tips are greatly appreciated! :)

Hi and welcome. I have 2 stone to lose too and, as I only ever lose weight very slowly, goal seems such a long way off.
Good luck x

Hi and welcome to Minimins :)
I had 2st to lose and didn't go to classes, just did it myself from Mums old books. Think my best tip is t be organised, plan meals on a weekly basis, brekfast, lunch and dinner, and any syns you know your likely to have and then you know what you have left. I have a chart on the kitchen cupboard.
Keep busy, I find if i'm bored, I EAT!! keep a stock of free food for emergencies. The first couple of weeks are often the hardest, but stick with it and as the losses happen that spurred me on for the next week.
good luck with your journey hope being here helps too.
