I started the diet two weeks ago tomorrow. I lost 6.5 pound in the first week, following the diet to the letter. I was so happy!!
Now I have just jumped on my scales - 1 day before weigh-in, and my weight is the same!
And I have followed the diet plan just as strictly this week :cry:Now TMI alert...I haven't managed to go the toilet this week - that's just over a week - do you think this could make such a difference. Surely I should have lost something. I am v.over weight needing to lose at least 3 stone to get me into the high end of a healthy BMI.
Anyone know what could be up??
